DTao. I thought it was ok: -he really likes to play too much (e.g. doing all those trills, runs, ab-libs) which is kinda annoying when you do it quite often -his vocals weren't that great; only mid-way thru did he get more into it -kinda flat for a bunch of songs -he plays with the audience for soooo fucking long e.g. Ai Hen Jian Dan, Jiu Shi Ai Ni - holy fuck you could've done Dear God, Liu Sha, Melody, Season of Loneliness, I'm Ok, etc. into that time he was playing wiht the audience -he talks SOOO much...fuck. shut up. and stop preaching (esp. with that Tree & Man video...you thought it would lead to a song...but nope..just randomness). -the band was tight; the equipment was good (very clear sounds) -and they sped up during "Er-shi-er (22)" ...which is funny, cuz they sped up in the HK concert too..haha thye're not counting! (liek me) I think his first concert (Soul Power) was way better...assuming that was recorded all in 1 show. * * * What do you mean you leave at 5 or 6 everyday? What do you mean you don't have to work weekends? What do you mean you don't have to cancel your life for work? It's the same as : "what do you mean your parents don't hit you with the wrench on a daily basis? isn't that normal?" * * * on a happier note: what should I do when I'm in Shinjuku? |
